    Founder

    Casque Consulting Ltd was founded by Martin Rock who has been based in Asia for 10 years. Martin is an experienced professional with a well-rounded background in investment banking, corporate development and management consulting.

     

    He has over 20 years’ banking experience advising clients on M&A strategy, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures working with JP Morgan Chase, Dresdner Kleinwort and Commerzbank in London and Hong Kong. In addition, he spent several years in Corporate Development at Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) in continental Europe. He started his career in management consulting with NexantECA in the UK and also worked in New York after graduating with a PhD in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

     

    With a broad international network in Asia, Europe, US and the Middle East covering corporates and private investment funds, he has a strong regional cultural appreciation and an affinity for cross-border situations.
